You will have to contact the issuer of the the CDs in order to get the encryption key. Unfortunately, there is no way to get in touch with the one who sold you the CDs because no online resource is available for this operation. Use Google to find something similar to these CDs, since this product isn't available anymore. The CDs are useless without the encryption key.
